For a while, it wasn't necessary to quit Internet Explorer to remove temp files. Nice! But you went back to the original system that requires quitting IE. It's not a horrible inconvenience, but still...

This change wasn't by choice, Microsoft changed internet explorer which then REQUIRED this change in ccleaner

Not sure what this has to do with the topic, but CustomLocation is only for chrome, firefox, opera. If you have further questions, please start a new thread instead of posting in someone else's
