why dont use you the include-option? if you know, what and where exactly the deleteable datas are you can take it in the include-option...
There used to be a bug in Spotify clients that caused these huge temp folders. But it has been fixed a couple weeks ago. You may want to clean it once, and then it should not fill up again.
Worked for me, at least. Using Spotify client version 1.0.55.487.g256699aa on Windows 10...
