Try turning off any adblocker that you use, they can sometimes stop some buttons working.
Also are you using a 3rd party Antivirus app or do you use the built in Windows Defender?

This is a known issue, where in the post install message, some users are not able to click the continue button.
If you use the tab key on your keyboard to cycle through the buttons until the chosen theme screen appears, then you will be able to click the continue button.
