This is a bit pointless in once sense, since US law only applies to people in the United States. Most of the file-sharing websites are hosted in Malaysia, Sweden etc. where such laws do not exist or are simply not enforced.

Thats where its interesting as from what I can find the ninjavideo servers were in the netherlands...
They can't get everybody. More will just show up if they shut them down.
