Perte de mon identifiant d'achat et impossible de résilier mon abonnement

I subscribed to a 45-day trial for CCleanner Pro, but my granddaughter deleted my emails, and I lost the one with my purchase ID. I only have my license key. When I want to cancel my subscription, I'm asked for this purchase ID, which I no longer have, so I can't cancel it now.
How can I get a new ID?
I don't want to pay for the subscription, and my deadline is October 7th.

J’ai souscris à un essai de 45 jours pour CCleanner Pro mais ma petite fille a effacé mes mails et j’ai perdu celui ou figurait mon identifiant d’achat je n’ai que ma clé de licence. quand je veux résilier mon abonnement on me demande cet identifiant d’achat que je n’ai plus donc pour l’instant impossible de résilier cet abonnement.

Comment faire pour obtenir e nouveau cet identifiant ?

Je ne veux pas payer l’abonnement et ma date butoir est fixée au 7 octobre.
