every time i run a full defrag it will finish and show that all files are unfragmented but when i click to view the files in a block it shows that they all have 1 fragment, and its like that for every block. is that normal?

Yes. 1 fragment means no fragments. If one file is all together, it is not in seperate fragments and thusly one fragment.
I have a slightly different problem, When I defragg it reports 0 fragmented files, yet when you immediately do analysis it will report 2 files and 9 fragments, when you then click files and defrag files it defragges succesfully, the files tend to be virus checker files, I wonder if there is some special deal here? Everytime a file is accessed it fragments a little. AV programs are always running thus they are likly to fragment first
