Tried using the PO option; after hitting ‘scan now’, the blue circle started spinning, as though it was scanning my system. The percentage stayed at 0% for quite a while - I ended up letting it continue to scan and did some other things. Came back about 15mins later, still at 0%, but still blue circle spinning. Any ideas of why Beta 7 won’t complete a scan? I am using Windows 11.

Have you already tried stopping the scan and restarting it?
If so, please also try fully closing CCleaner, then reopening it and starting a new scan. This can sometimes resolve the issue.
Hi Laurence. I did stop the scan and restart the scan. Still got the blue working circle. Then I stopped the scan, closed the program, and tried again - same thing. No scan, it just spins. This feature works great in Version 6, but in the Beat 7 version, it doesn’t work on my laptop.
