Yes: CCleaner can generate more “junk” than it cleans… not by magic, but by its own design. It doesn’t “dirty” the system on purpose, but it creates its own folders, logs, and temporary files, and in some cases breaks system references, generating even more residual files in the long run. They don’t mention this in their marketing, but it’s documented by technicians and users for years.
