PC CCleaner license key also for Android?

I bought CCleaner Pro on my pc. So I can install CCleaner on 3 devices. I want to install the CCleaner update on my Android tablet. It doesn't succeeded. Is 't true that de pc license key is only suitable for the PC systems and not suitable for a Android system?

CCleaner for Android is a seperate licence that is only available through the google play store.

You should be able to use the same licence on Windows or Mac, but not on Android.

Complain to google about their licencing policy. (You won't get anywhere, they listen to money not users).
