Hi guys, how do we actually contact the people who manage this product? I paid $150aud for the renewal (2 years) on 9/6/21. Cleverbridge payment [ticket number removed] Supposed to have a $50 cash back as well. Wondering if I will ever see that.
Now I have just received a message to say my renewal is due very soon. WHAT? How do I talk to a real person to sort this out?
