Originally started subscription in 2022 first auto renewal happened correctly in 2024 but then an auto renewal triggered in 2025 and now says my expiration is 2026. After paying twice for 2 year subscription my license shouldn’t expire until 2028 a this point but it say I’m up for renewal again in 2026. How can I get this corrected. I tried the link for support from the other discussion but it just spins and doesn’t complete. I can provide copies of both invoices that say they are 2 year subscription renewals. Help is appreciated
