paid for license renewal but not getting a new license key...

Please respond to support tickets, I have paid for license renewal (see attachment) but not getting a new license key ....

If it's a renewal then you won't usualy get a new key, instead the time remaining on your existing key will simply be extended for another year. 

(Why issue a new key when you already have one?)

In CCleaner go to Options>License Key and see when it says the expiry date now is.

Bless your innocent mind…they have listed MY license key as ‘disabled’ even though it was active in August. AND they say it expired in 2000. There is NO help, none at all.
