Could one of your "techs" email us about why the "adobe air" was not included with our download of the new Defraggler Professional on Feb 26, 2017? We very much would appreciate someone giving us an answer about this problem??? Thanks Ed Mays
G'day Ed, welcome to the forums,
I have Defraggler Pro and have never had Adobe Air on my PC and Defraggler is running fine.
So question one is, why is DF requesting Adobe Air?
Which opens up some further questions - are you sure it was DF that popped up that message?
Can you provide a screenshot please?
Where did you get the download from?
Make sure it was from here; http://www.piriform.com/defraggler/builds
Get the Free version and once installed, plug in your license key to make it the Pro version.
