если не понятно, и вы знаете русский язык, то ошибка CC закл. в том, что он показывает вредоносное ПО, которого у меня нет (это русский язык)

Are they system (система ) apps (ones that came bundled with the phone).
There are three tabs
Installed (Установлен )
System (система )
Disabled (Отключено )
You're on the система tab, are they also not listed in Установлен and Отключено ? Can you provide an example app and I'll try to install and see if they show for me; which if they do, maybe the localization of the Russian language causes them to not show.

I wouldn't suggest just removing the suspicious app, but getting professionals to help do it right. Also the two apps you showed (FM tuner and captive portal) look like they are legitimate parts of your phone, am I incorrect.
