"there is no disk in the drive, please insert a disk in drive D"
That seems like some standard Windows error or bug. I've seen that before in the past when using Ad-Aware, for instance if I just took out a CD I had accessed for some reason it would query the drive and complain about the media missing.
Just switched to this version of Opera from FF 3.5. For me, Opera 10 Beta 2 seems faster than FF 3.5.
I think so too, even much faster than Beta 1. I wasn't expecting much of a difference since Beta 1 already seemed pretty fast, but it definitely is. I also like the default theme better. Have you noticed it closes faster too? With Beta 1 the "opera.exe" process would take FOREVER to close, but with Beta 2 it closes in a matter of seconds.

thanks andavarri..i forgot thta i just reinstalled my usb 2.0 pci card...just inserting a flash drive solved the problem.
EDIT: the version in the blog post above is an "experimental" version that contains the buggy Opera Unite feature. The "full" release of Beta 2 (build 1642 also) can be found here: http://my.opera.com/chooseopera/blog/2009/...opera-10-beta-2.
Is it just me, or does every new release of Opera 10 get faster and faster?
Opera is nice, and I've played with it for quite awhile, but the only browsers I can use these days seem to be Chrome and Firefox. -shrug- Not saying it isn't remarkable work, though. Because it is.
