oops

:( So I used ccleaner to clean out my temporary files, then remembered (when i saw it cleaned 7gb of stuff) that soemthing quite important to me was lurking in there. Panic set in. I frantically looked for an undo or undelete option. none exists it seems. The recycle bin is still empty. I see under setting that Secure deletion is set to normal. Is there anything I can do?
