CCleaner wants to remove OneDrive from the Startup Menu each time when doing a scan on outdated software.
I need OneDrive to startup as Windows starts to maintain my file sync with other PC’s/etc.
Have to manually uncheck it each time.

Thank you for this screenshot @GrubbDT, at this time, there is no way to save the deselection of any options in this part of Health Check. I have passed this feedback on to the development team to review and see what improvements can be made in the future.
If you are looking for customisation for unnecessary startup apps, you can use the Performance Optimizer feature and also Software Updater, then skip this element of Health Check.
