Ok I use Ccleaner then Defraggler and the total fragmentation After Defraggler is done is 9%/1.5 GB fragmented files (hiberfil.sys) and Total Fragments 2. Hard drive is just over half full (29GB total)
Two problems: One-one file never gets defragged hiberfil.sys remains at 1.5 GB and 2. analysis shows lots of tiny files to be defragged right after defragging.
The small files could be anything really. Windows has quite a lot of stuff "in use" as it's running, and the best way to defrag as much of your drive as possible is to do it in "Safe Mode", although that isn't really essential.
A large file which isn't defragged is the Page File. You can download a free program called "PageDefrag" to get that one.
