I ran CCleaner v129.295 and I lost all my emails and a folder with saved emails

please help

Could you tell us what you did to "lose" your email?

What email client are you using, and where is your mail stored?

When you say "folder", is that a Windows folder or a mail client (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc) folder?

You didn't set it as a custom folder did you? I suggest you try this tool to try and get your stuff back:

But of course some will ask "what about recuva?!" Its still in beta. Dont trust it for recovering your essential files yet.
