Odd fragmentation status 0% however according to the map, it's nearly 100% fragmented....

I checked the MAP Legend to see if I was misreading this.....

Any other explanation?

Probably Defraggler is struggling with only 17% free space to work with.

Try a file defrag and let it finish. 5423a.png
