Hello,
When I delete the following entrys with version 2.14.763, it always results in that I have to reinstall the program NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7.
Any suggestion.

Hi Gravity.
Welcome to the forum.
I suggest you to exclude those keys from being cleaned.
On the options menu, go to Exclude, then click Add Registry.
Good luck.

@ Nergal & metalj
I have excluded the two keys
Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls
Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders.
That off course exclude everthing.
But is it possible to exclude for instant: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7
I have tried it, but the program won't let me.....
Thanks.

In some situations the operating system may fail to understand something like
C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7\Default HKLM\etcetcetc
In which case it is worth trying with quotes, e.g.
"C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7\Default HKLM\etcetcetc"
The two possibilities are :-
C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7\Default HKLM\etcetcetc
"C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7\Default HKLM\etcetcetc"

Hi Gravity.
I've been trying to do that, but I can't.
I guess the program only lets you exclude keys,
not values.
So try this...
Make sure those directories exist.
If they don't, create them.
Hope this helps.
Problem solved
- I created four empty folders under C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD & DVD-Maker 7\ (Default, JCMDefault, WEDefault, DFDefault)
- There was no copy of ResLiveUpdtEN .dll, instead there was a Dutch version ResLiveUpdtDU .dll. I made a copy of this file, renamed it to ResLiveUpdtEN .dll and placed it beside the Dutch version in the appropriate folder.
Thank you all, and a Happy New Year
