I've downloaded and extracted it. Seems very involved. It certainly isn't WindowBlinds. But I do admire its style. I might give it a try sometime in the future.
I couldn't get it to work. A bit upsetting, because I quite like the Ashtray theme.
I used Universal Theme Patcher for patching theme related DLLs for Win7, although UxStyle Core works on my system as well.
You'll need to use both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the theme patcher for Win7 x64.
Maybe that's why....the UxStyleCore x86 refused to go in once I installed the x64 version
edit: trying that resulted in trying to run explorer.exe not working. also any installations. Actually, pretty much everything not working
I guess I'm just not meant to have this theme
