I've noticed Defraggler not working as well as it used to. I've seen scenarios like the one pictured occur on a WinXP and Win 7 x64 machine. The picture is from my WinXP machine.
Defraggler is leaving large empty spaces throughout the drive.
Any suggestions?
Have you tried running "Defrag Freespace"? Have you defragged the whole drive/partition or just files?

honestly, that map doesn't look bad to me at all, some of those may be unmovable because they shared blocks with in use/locked files.
