I am really not happy lately with CCleaner lately for the following reasons:
1- The app itself is proving to be useless lately, in a number of times when I run it to delete duplicates for example it gives me (Something Went Wrong!). I have tried to fix some of the junk issues that was supposed to be cleaned automatically by CCleaner and it worked! So much for a so called “Pro” service! Now this is something that I really need help with, as I am having a lot of space to free up under (Duplicate Finder)
2- There is an unfair prices increase that not justified! Instead of making my issues everyone’s business, why can’t I send a simple email? You call this support? while I am paying $64 annually?
As someone who’s been using your services for a long time now, I am willing to give CCleaner a chance to straighten up and be like the good old days, other than that, I will be leaving soon
