Recuva does not find my external hard drive "E" which has my lost data.
The drive "E" does show when I open "My Computer" along with drive "C" and "D".
Can anyone help me.

What sort of connection is there between your PC and exernal?
When you say your external lost your data... what does that mean? You deleted it by mistake?
I'm having the same problem. My external drives appear in the pulldown menu when I use the Wizard, but I cannot select it. The OK button is greyed out. Any ideas?
