not empting my recycle bin

Using latest cccleaner with Windows 10. v5.25.5902 (13 Dec 2016)

I have tried several things suggested but no luck. It’s not empting my recycle bin anymore.

And YES I have tried this twice now https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=42673

Any other ideas ??

Have you tried running a system file check as admin?

(right-click on start and select command prompt as admin, and put sfc /scannow and then press enter)

Then still using cmd prompt, copy and paste text below and press enter.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

(have your internet connection on when you run Dis, it may take a little while and be appear to be stuck at 20% but it isn't).

ok seems I looked into all settings and went to advanced.

Seems I had, Only delete files in Recycle Bin older than 24 hours, checked.

Sorry for the troubles. Maybe if others have this issue it can help them to check there settings …
