Can somebody please help as I am concerned about these files that don't delete ?
Not deleting cookies even though its checked to do so ?
I am running the latest version 2.27.1070
After running ccleaner I checked the cookies several times now and cookies are NOT deleted ?
OS = Vista 32bit home desktop, Dell 530 Inspiron, IE 7
I have enclosed my screen shot. What really worries me is I do banking online.
I also show under control, add/remove Adobe Flash but when I look for it under programs.
I read the article re this subject but setting Flas Player but how do I get it to run ?
Got any ideas

Thanks Dennis I deleted Adobe Flash & it's plug in and now ccleaner deletes those files.
