Ive sent multiple requests to support asking for a refund for the accidental renewal of anual ccleaner and ive not even had the automatic response stating that my request was recieved its now been 48 hours and no response and i dont know how to get a refund other than sending a request through support.
Support can be very slow, users waiting over a week for a reply is not unusual these days.
However you are not helping yourself, here’s a tip for you:
Stop sending multiple emails/requests.
Each time you do that the queuing computer thinks you have sent new information, so it collates all of your emails together as one, and then puts them at the back fo the queue again as one new request.
