try open and close all browser so the automatic cleaning can run first
open ccleaner > option > cookies > click any remaining cookies
you should see browser icon at the bottom of the list

Edge and ie are being a bit of a problem, Microsoft are still developing them for Win10 and the CC developers are struggling to keep up with the constant changes.
Firefox should clean OK, you have closed it before running CC?
You do have cookies checked in the Firefox options?
To get emails or other notifications you need to set it up.
