not auto deleting cookies

v.15.2.5431 running on win10

I purchased the pro version just to have the cookies deleted upon closing browser. I have all the cookie boxes checked and asked to

auto clean with notification. But when I check, cookies are still there, I have to run the cleaner manually to delete those cookies.

I use Firefox and Microsoft Edge only.

I had much this same problem, except that Firefox history, also, was not being cleaned unless specifically right-clicked manually. Someone on the group here told me to download and install the most recent version. I did that about an hour ago and it seems to have fixed the issue.
