Sending multiple requests can actually slow things down, it's the way that the automated queuing system they use works.
However in this case it may be that if you are not shown as having an active subscription then your email adress will not be recognised as being a customer, and so your requests may be being treated as from a non-paying user. (ie. a lower priority).
As you haven't had any confirmation (you did send it to support@ccleaner.com ?) then you could give it another go using the form here: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general
Sending that form will give you an oncreen 'Support Ticket' number, make a note of it for future reference.
