No response from the support team

I've emailed twice now (to support@ccleaner.com)

Asking for some info on whether or not I can get a refund, I'm not using the product anymore and forgot to cancel the auto-renew.

Id love to be able to get a refund but if not I’d still like an answer from the support team.

Not sure what to do from here

To be honest at the moment support in general to users from emails queries, and from admin responses on forum, is a bit of a disgrace.

We moderators find it difficult to get any answers to questions we have too.

I am not able to see any recent purchases associated with the email address registered to your forum email address did you also use the same email address to submit your support request?


Please could you direct message me with the email address you used for your purchase or any purchase IDs that you would have received at the time of purchase so I can process the refund for you?
