Emailed customer support on Nov 3 requesting a refund for an automatic renewal that was not authorized. Agent Jessica Mae replied requesting additional verification. I emailed the verification the same day.
No reply in three weeks. Have sent multiple follow up requests.

Update, I did receive a reply email with a commitment to refund the charges. However, then I received a separate email that Cleverbridge/Piriform was unable to process the refund due to technical difficulties. The email asked that I send a reply with my account holder, bank account number, routing number, and name and location of bank information.
I didn’t feel comfortable with sending this via email, so I opted to dispute the charge with my bank. I hope in the future they add a “my account” section where I could do this online. Until then, I will go back to the free version of the software.
I have similar situation. The subscription cancellation page is not working. CCleaner charge me in full subscription price. I’ve email to them week before but have no response.
