No Reply from CCleaner on Duplicate Charge

I've been a CCleaner subscriber for a while and took advantage of the offer of 2 years for the price of one earlier this year. I received a new license key but now I've been charged for the old subscription as well. My biggest problem though is that I can't get a reply either from support@ccleaner.com or from the online contact form.

Does anyone have any suggestions before I raise a Paypal dispute?
