I would check something - If you used PayPay then has Paypal set it up as an automatic (repeating) payment?
If it has then even though you have cancelled the subscription with Piriform/CCleaner PayPay will still have it listed and will still take the payment.
If that is the case then you will need to cancel the automatic/repeating payment with PayPal.
If it wasn’t PayPal who took the payment then you will need contact support and raise a ticket.

WARNING- Don’t try to change the language, doing so breaks the form and makes it unusable until you close and reopen the browser.
(You can always type your request into the form using whatever language you prefer, you just can’t change the form itself).
