Plenty of apps (including heavily Microsoft) still use the IE repositories. After using CCleaner 7 for a while now (since release) i turned to my trusty CCleaner portable to easily move cookies I’d started keeping with 7 to the (IMHO much more user friendly) cookies to keep column. Boy was I surprised to see a bunch of Microsoft and Wikipedia iE cookies. Why has ccleaner stopped cleaning this area, am i missing something. Custom Clean both 7 and 6.39 windows 11 RC level insider (no change in OS from stable). Another unprompted cookie in ie is a google cookie
IDK why as I am never signed into google nor use google apps on my pc, but that’s not for ccleaner to fix

I will note the MS based ones regen immediatly after a cc6 clean as they are used by the OS and Things like Widgets.and are edge so nix them from this report.
