This issue with Heath Check which is affecting some (but not all) users is known about and being looked at.
Until it gets fixed then if you are affected there are a couple of things that you can do.
Some users report that using Tools>Software Updater to update whatever is found can stop the freezing happening in Health Check.
If you want to try that then I suggest that you only do the software updates one or two at a time.
If you don't want to try that, or if it doesn't work for you, then I suggest that for the moment you use Custom Clean instead of Health Check.

Admin has said they have found the cause of this issue and the fix will be in the March release.
We are now also told that a temporary fix is in place and being automatically distributed.
Health Check should now start workng again for those who were affected by this issue.
The full fix will then be applied with the March update.
