I installed CCLEANER PROFESSIONAL on my PC DELL XPS 8930 under Windows 10.
After launching “Cleanning” , I reboot the PC. But I got a stop code : Critical service failed. And now my PC does not boot, but restarts and restarts. I launched DIAG: all components are OK. I don’t know what to do. Thanks for your help.
Did you run the Registry Cleaning, or maybe the Driver updater?
Either once can cause problems if not done carefully.
I suggest that you contact CCleaner Support. All customers can (must) now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
