New (to me) Boot CD Rootkit / Malware eradicator

I found this in a newsletter today

I understand this to be effectively MSE on a Boot CD,

which is not subject to running under a corrupted malware infested Live Windows system.

I do not need this for myself - clean - staying clean - and Partition Image backups if ever needed,

(so far only needed for bad Patch Tuesdays),

but I do have click-happy friends.
