I upgraded to CCleaner Pro and after installing on my Mac, not all of the features and functions are available. Preferences is grayed out. There is no Health Check. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no good. I registered the product both times and still no dice.
Healthcheck is for now pc only, not sure why preferences is greyed though.
I don't have the registry functionality, either.
Where do I file fo a refund?

There is no Windows registry to clean on Macs. Being a different operating system environment, the Mac version and the Windows version of CCleaner have a number of differences (and both are, in turn, different from the Android version). Requests for assistance, refunds, etc for paid versions of CCleaner can be sent to support@ccleaner.com.
Is there any explanation of why Preferences remains grayed out? Or is it just that the Windows version of CCleaner has more functionality, and the Mac version of CCleaner Pro doesn't offer much more than the free version? Because if I paid $20 to upgrade to the equivalent of the free version, then it seems obvious the money wasn't worth it.

Can you screenshot what you're seeing? Can you also confirm which version of CCleaner for Mac you are using (I assume the latest, 1.17) and your Mac OS version?
