Curious what this means, also what does "RunICS=0" mean? I also have the in my .ini file, obviously related.
I would guess that ICS here means Intelligent Cookie Scan and the value of this key is the CCleaner build during which you last ran the intelligent cookie scan.
I've never ran "Intelligent Cookie Scan" and that LatestICS= ended up tacked onto the end of my .INI file.
I think they should really start answering forum posts that are asking questions about what something is in the .INI file, instead of leaving us wondering and getting suspicious!
