I have been a Ccleaner pro subscriber for years - just payed for another year, but CCleaner app will not recognize me as a subscriber. It’s impossible for me to login, as I have a new email-address, which is not recognized by the website allthough I did update - and now I cannot access the old address, so I can’t communicate with Ccleaner. Only option seems to be to play the role as a new customer and pay again - but last month I payed nearly 50 pounds, so I don’t like that option very much! What do I do? Thanks from Erik
For a changed email you will have to contact support to change it on your subscription account, there us a “new” way to contact them,
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request. Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you MUST engage with the chat to get support now - at least that is what we have been told.
