I just installed the latest version, 4.03.4151 and it has not fixed any of the issues related to this thread.
Going just by the dates this thread which was started June 15th and the digital signature date of CCleaner.exe v4.03.4151 June 19th I wouldn't expect it to be fixed that fast.

Whatever that's supposed to mean, I have no idea.
The company's release notes states that it fixed cleaning issues with MS IE 10 as a result of this latest release, and I'm stating that it has not. Or at least not satisfactorily, which means the same thing.

Well, it doesn't really say that, does it? The release notes state that:
'Improved Internet Explorer 10 cleaning: Saved Passwords, Userdata Cookies and Last Download Location'
It will take time to find out what's happening in an undocumented product.
