I have purchased the product “professional” for Mac “one year” 03/10/2024
from Visa card {bank name removed - mod}.
Maybe I entered the email incorrectly, I don’t no but I never received the confirmation email withe key I send Email for CCleaner Support but no reply
I Registered this account with correct email address.
Cards issued by that bank need to be specifically enabled to allow internet shopping.
Have you enabled your card to be used on the internet?
See the banks’ webpages for instructions how to do that.
Have you double checked if a payment for CCleaner has actually been taken from your card/bank account?
You also seem unclear as to whether you gave your email correctly or not.

Do not post your email, or any other personal details, in plain sight.
Check your email’s Spam folder in case any reply went into there.
If a payment has been taken, and there is still no sign of your confirmation email, then you will need to contact support.

Note that if an incorrect email has been used when purchasing then it may take quite a while to get a reply from a support agent, up to 2-weeks and often longer.
(That’s because registered emails have paid for support - so take priority over not-registered ones).
I am tried to send the bank receipt for the payment in the ticket but it was not accepted. The amount is deducted from the account .
