Just ran ccleaner and cleared up a bunch of space, but the program didn't make it clear what all it was deleting. On further inspecton, I found my firefox history missing... i need it back. I use it. It's searchable. I've never not been able to re-find a page I stumbled on 2 months ago. How do I recover that file?
I just ran recuva, but can't find either history.dat or places.sqlite What am I doing wrong? I'm running firefox 3.0.8 in windows vista 64
If you've deleted your Firefox Internet History then it's gone for good and there's nothing you can do to get it back. All you can do is untick that option so it doesn't delete your history in the future.

Robbie, is there a way to delete "history" for specific days only instead of deleting history for all days? Thanks, Lorraine
