Need to confirm no charge to card will be made

Last week I ran the Free program. It asked me to enter a credit card. Within less than 1 hour, I saw CC Cleaner was not the answer. I took my computer into a repair shop. It was the Operating System. I tried to reach CC Cleaner w/out success. Just need to confirm there will be no charge to my credit card. I wish to dispute it if there is any charge. Thank you kindly.
