need help with malware/popups

I need a suggustion for software to clean my computer of software that is giving me popups and ads for spy ware this software attack does not let me use my software to clean up all the problem software. it has to be software that I can download and make a CD to use in the other computer all help would appriciated

If you have problems installing Malwarebytes for instance try running it in safe mode or renaming the installer.
