Quintuple = 4. So I assume that his 7800GT/GTX (w/e) have 2 ports on each one, so, 2 + 2 = 4
I can and sometimes do run two, since I have 2 ports on my graphics card. But that's the maximum, since you can't really plug 2 into your graphics card and then 1 into your motherboard
If you really want the monitor space, you can try the TripleHead2Go. It's a little expensive, though.
no quintuple is five, dumbass.... J/k honest mistake. 4 would be quadruple. To run quintuple i have 2 7800gts, and a pci mx400 and i just plug all 5 crts into the ports, consumes a lot of electricity though.

lol, 5 CRTs. Bow down before the mighty lokoike and his 20" widescreen LCD.
and if anyone is packing anything bigger than that, they best not admit it, lest they be smitten down by lokoike's wrath!
I want to see the fool that buys this and puts it in a small office 3in away from his face and has to look up to see everything on the screen.
Hell, with a 30" monitor, you wouldn't even need a TV! And think of how many glorious icons I could clutter my desktop with! With 4,096,000 pixels to work with, why not?
