The existing homepage was changed to esurfbiz search that I'm not familiar with. Now the Chrome keeps redirecting to this web search, which is pretty annoying.
The tips I marked claims that I will fix the issue as long as I delete the two registry keys “LegalNoticeCaption” and “LegalNoticeText” from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. But I can’t find the related files and end up with failure. How can I fix the problem?
