Need customer support help for refund!

Hello! I’m wondering if I can get additional help for my refund request. I submitted a request and emailed the support email but no response yet.

Any information I should put here? Reference number?

This is a user forum. We do not have access to accounts/billing here.

Just to be sure that we are talking about the same thing though- Is this a refund request or the current cashback offer?
(They are different things with different processes).

You need to contact support for account issues.
As you say that you have already done that then it’s a question of waiting for them to get back to you.

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

PS. Sending more requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.
